Practice makes perfect (learning)

We learn better by over-learning, that is, by continuing to learn a new skill after we have mastered it. This may explain why people who learn something new often lose the new skill when they don’t apply it over and over in the medium term after learning it. So practice, master and then practice more, if you want to remember what you have learned into the future.
